Rosemary joined the Attorney General’s Office in 2001.  She is the Title Defect Recision Unit Director.  The Title Defect Recision Unit administers the Title Defect Recision Fund, a fund created to assist consumers who purchase used vehicles from licensed used car dealers but do not receive titles to the vehicles within the time required by statute.  Rosemary’s time is spent administering the Fund and pursuing enforcement actions against used car dealers who violate Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act and Certificate of Motor Vehicle Title Act by failing to transfer titles to consumers.  Rosemary has extensive litigation experience.  Before joining the Attorney General’s Office, she was an Assistant Prosecutor in Delaware County for nearly 10 years, prosecuting a wide variety of criminal and civil cases.  She began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Wood County.
