Yost, Other Attorneys General Secure $13.67 Million in Settlements Against Experian Over Data Breaches, T-Mobile To Pay $2.43 Million in Related Case

Ohio and 39 other states have reached two settlements with the credit-reporting agency Experian over data breaches in 2012 and 2015 that compromised the personal information of millions of consumers nationwide, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced today.

Traffic Safety & Impaired Driving Training Grant Funds Now Available to Ohio Law Enforcement

Mansfield Medicaid Fraud Case Yields Prison Sentence

The owner of G L Tate & Associates, an outpatient treatment center for substance-use disorders in Mansfield, has been sentenced to 6 years in prison for defrauding the Ohio Department of Medicaid and will repay $1.57 million, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced today.
