Andrew Whewell's jeep vehicle was found parked alongside Ohio Route 174 ("River road") within Moreland Hills. Extensive and intensive search of the area by county and other jurisdiction's officials including cadaver dogs yielded no results. He is unable to travel on foot for any substantial distance.
