On August 13, 2002, at approximately 4:00 am, 47yr old Dennis Wade was sleeping on the porch of 423 West High Street. He was awakened by the feeling of something being poured onto him. He was then set on fire. Mr. Wade was taken to a local hospital and would expire from his injuries on August 21, 2002. Mr. Wade left behind a grieving family that needs answers to this brutal murder.
