On 12/05/2013, 52yr old Betty Skinner was found in her apartment bedroom located on Devonshire Road with head trauma that resulted in her death. Betty Skinner was a male that had been living as a female for approximately 10-12 years. Skinner suffered from Cerebral Palsy with stenosis and degenerative disk disease.
