On Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at approximately 2:43 A.M., Officers and Medics were dispatched to the area of E. Livingston Avenue and I-70 on a report of a pedestrian who had been struck by a motor vehicle. The first responders found the victim, who had already expired. The victim was identified as 46yr old Bobbie Bonner.
