The Construction Litigation Group

The Construction Litigation Group (CLG) represents state agencies and institutions in construction projects. We are a group of seasoned attorneys and support staff dedicated to construction matters. Our Assistant Attorneys General have decades of experience in litigation and construction. We have worked extensively on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in the private and public sectors.

Services

Our role extends beyond representing clients in litigation. We help clients in all phases of a construction project, including initiating legal action to recover for defective work. We provide professional advice to produce effective results.
