The Ohio Attorney General’s Office today certified the title and summary language for a proposed referendum aimed at repealing Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Senate Bill 56, which authorizes changes to the state’s homegrown, medical- and adult-use marijuana laws.

Ohio homeowners who signed long-term contracts (called “Homeowner Benefit Agreements”) with MV Realty of Ohio have until April 29 to cancel those agreements under a one-time offer being communicated directly to consumers.
