Accused Serial Rapist Arrested by Cuyahoga County Sexual Assault Kit Task Force

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty announced today that an alleged serial rapist accused of crimes that date back to 2001 has been indicted and arrested through the efforts of the Cuyahoga County Sexual Assault Kit Task Force.

Charges Filed in Put-In-Bay Police Misconduct Investigation

Following a criminal investigation conducted by Ottawa County Sheriff Stephen J. Levorchick’s Office and subsequent review by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office Special Prosecutions Section, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that charges have been filed pursuant to the investigation of alleged misconduct by Put-In-Bay police.
