AGENCY PEACE OFFICER ROSTER SUBMISSION
The annual Agency Roster must be submitted by the agency CEO or designee through the OPOTA Portal, as required by Ohio Revised Code 109.76. The submission window opens annually from October 01 through December 31. All rosters must be submitted to OPOTA through the portal under “Roster Management” within this timeframe.
