Public remembrance to honor Ohio’s missing persons

Ohio Missing Persons Day

The Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation invites families who have missing loved ones as well as law enforcement officers and the public to gather on Sept. 30, 2023, to remember Ohio’s missing persons.

The annual ceremony marking Ohio Missing Persons Day is planned to raise awareness about missing- and unidentified-persons cases throughout the state.

Families with missing loved ones should plan to meet with law enforcement officers and/or analysts and bring police reports, photos of their loved ones, dental records/X-rays, and any additional information they wish to share.

To ensure that your missing loved one is honored during the afternoon vigil, please RSVP below. Additional information about the gathering can be found on this flyer.
