At approximately 10:00 p.m. on 9/26/2005, Dion was last seen with his half-brother, William Roland (also missing) around a white van located in a parking lot near the Parktown Cafe in the 1700 block of Linn Street in Cincinnati, OH. He has pierced ears, full dentures, a previously fractured arm and gunshot scars on his lower back. He was wearing a white shirt, long black shorts and Air Force One sneakers. He is from Memphis, TN and had been in Cincinnati one day before his disappearance. The keys, cell phones, and wallets from both individuals were later found in a dumpster on McMicken Street in Cincinnati.

"RIP" is written above the picture and a date of "8-4-2001" or "2002" is written below the picture. The tattoo may have the name "Charlene Roland" below the date.
