On March 13, 2013, at 1:41 a.m., Cincinnati Police officers responded to the 2500 block of Highland Avenue for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, District Four officers located a male victim deceased on the sidewalk. The victim has been identified as 32yr old Lonnel Lucas.
