On Friday, March 14, 2014, at approximately 9:22 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Kelton Avenue and East Main Street on the report of a shooting. Responding officers located the victim in the roadway in front of 366 Kelton Avenue. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
