On 1-6-2016 at approximately 8:33 PM, CPD Officers were called to the area of 2323 Marcia Drive on the report of a man lying on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, the officers found a single male victim critically injured from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. CFD Medic 16 was summoned to the scene and pronounced the victim, later identified as Eddie E. Lovely, deceased at 8:44 PM.
