On October 6, 2017, Columbus Division of Fire personnel responded to 1672 Arlington Avenue for a suspected arson. While at scene they discovered a body in the rear of the address. Columbus Police officers were notified and responded. A female victim, later identified as 30yr old Kimberly Davis-Tucker was pronounced deceased.
