Types of Funds Administered by BWC

The BWC administers the following funds: State Insurance Fund; Self-Insured Employer Guarantee Fund; Disabled Workers Relief Fund; Coal Worker Pneumoconiosis Fund; Marine Industry Fund; Public Work-Relief Employees’ Fund; and the Administrative Cost Fund.
