Antitrust

The Antitrust Section enforces state and federal antitrust law; in so doing, it works to protect a competitive marketplace where businesses do not hold illegal power over their customers or their competitors.

Additionally, this section operates the Antitrust Review Program, which seeks to protect taxpayers from anti-competitive activity in public projects.
