Antitrust Business Review Program

The Ohio Attorney General's office enforces state antitrust laws. To allow individuals and business to plan future business activity that conforms to the antitrust laws, the office will in certain instances review proposed business plans and state its enforcement intentions under the antitrust laws.  The Ohio Attorney General's office cannot provide legal guidance to private citizens or businesses.
