(XENIA, Ohio) — Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced that members of a Greene County Grand Jury met today to review evidence regarding the July officer-involved shooting death of Paul E. Schenck in Yellow Springs.
Following the testimony of six witnesses, the Grand Jury presented zero indictments and made the finding that the use of force was appropriate in this case.
