Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today applauded the passing of Senate Bill 268, which was signed into law today by Ohio Governor John Kasich.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking for the public’s help to find a Tier III sex offender who has not registered his address since 2008.

Lawsuit includes multiple violations of the Consumer Sales Practices Act, including failure to deliver and failure to provide refunds

Specific counts include failure to register as a telephone solicitor in Ohio, charging consumers’ financial accounts without obtaining written confirmation of the sale

Organizations that are awarded grants will be located where young, homeless crime victims are currently underserved
