Empowerment and Productivity
This workshop presents the concepts of four behavioral empowerment levels; victim, passive, active, and highly active. An understanding of these levels allows participants to select the appropriate behavior when interacting with co-workers to obtain optimum results. Topics include: how empowerment levels work and affect behaviors; relationships and employee interactions that affect creativity and efficiency; synergy of workplace productivity; definitions; identification of group empowerment; challenges and concerns; personal and leadership assessment; review and understanding of the Empowerment Model; and Next Step/Action Plan.
