Details

On 10/03/1981, the body of a white male was found under the Columbus Road Lift Bridge. It appeared the victim may have been living under the bridge. This man was approximately 45-55 years old and had curly gray-blond hair and a curly beard and mustache of the same color. He had pink eye and remote amputations of his digits bilaterally except for the right thumb. This man was wearing a gray plaid outer coat, gray plaid suit coat, a blue shirt/sweater.
