Details

On May 9, 2018, at approximately 10:48 p.m., Columbus Police officers were called to the area of 2161 Yorkhull Lane on the report of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim, later identified as 41yr old Muhammed Dukureh Tunkara, lying on the sidewalk in front of 2167 Yorkhull Lane, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 61 responded to the scene and transported Mr. Tunkara to Grant Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased at 11:31 p.m. by attending medical personnel.
