On May 25, 2016, at approximately 6:38 A.M. a 911 call was received in the radio room indicating that a body was located in the alley at the rear of 1343 Aberdeen Avenue. Columbus Police and Columbus Fire Medics responded to the scene. The victim was found at the location indicated and was pronounced dead at the scene by Columbus Fire Medic #16. The victim was identified as 47yr old Frank A. Thornton III.
