On 09/29/1995, a call came into the Franklin Township Dispatch Center reference a structure fire. Police and fire personnel responded to the scene. It was soon discovered that the homeowner, Michael D. Rodgers was found deceased in the residence. During the course of the investigation, it was evident that an unknown subject started the fire and killed Michale D. Rodgers.
