On Thursday, December 31, 2015, at approximately 12:04 PM, Officers were dispatched to 1812 Bucher Street to check on the well-being of a resident. Officers arrived and eventually found two deceased victims, 51yr old Rodney Peel and 53yr old Nelson Peel inside of the residence. The investigation continues.
