Details

On August 6, 2018, at approximately 12:33 a.m., Columbus Police officers, on routine patrol, located an unresponsive male in the alley at the rear of 954 Geers Avenue. Officers discovered the male victim, later identified as 29yr old Michael Blankenship, suffering from a gunshot wound and appearing lifeless. CFD Engine 15 responded to the scene and pronounced Mr. Blankenship deceased at 12:47 a.m.
