On 05/17/1996, the remains of a 35-50 year old female were discovered on Lake Erie Beach in Sandusky, OH. This individual was estimated to be 68" in height and estimated to weigh 140 pounds. The individual was wearing blue underwear, pantyhose, and a 14K diamond ring with the inscription "CE". She had long manicured fingernails.
