Unidentified remains – John Doe, #1962
Details
On March 29, 1990 the skeletal remains of a black male were found on the second floor in a bedroom of a boarded up apartment at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Cedar-Central Estates. He was wearing green corduroys, white socks with a yellow stripe, a brown belt with metal buckle, and brown work-type shoes.
