On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at approximately 11:59 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to 826 Wedgewood Drive Apartment #9 on the report of a shooting. Officers located the victim, 28yr old Garland W. Willoughby, inside the apartment. Mr. Willoughby sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
