On Saturday, July 11, 2015, at approximately 6:14 A.M., Medics and Officers were dispatched to the area of Franklin Park South and Franklin Park West, on a report of a male down on the sidewalk. Officers and Medics arrived and found the victim, 23yr old Dominique Thomas, laying on the sidewalk, across from 135 Franklin Park West.
