On February 26, 1976, the victim, 50yr old Norman Stupp, was found in the roadway on Tenth Street near 965 E. Central Avenue in Miamisburg with a gunshot wound (from a .22 caliber bullet) to the back of the neck, below the right ear. Stupp was outside, preparing to get in his car to leave for work. Stupp was employed by Karlton Envelope in West Carrollton.
