On 09/09/2015 at approximately 10:43 PM, CPD Officers were called to the area of 4768 McAllister Avenue on the report of an injured male who was pushed out of a car. Upon arrival, the officers found a single victim, later identified as 19yrs old Tyler Smith, critically injured from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
