On Monday, June 11, 2018, at approximately 1:14 PM, C.P.D. Officers were dispatched to 223 N. Wayne Avenue to check on the well-being of the resident, who apparently resided at the location. Officers arrived and found 77yr old Thomas Lennex unresponsive, inside of the residence, where he was subsequently pronounced deceased by CFD Rescue #17, at approximately 1:38 p.m.
