On Saturday April 14, 2018 at approximately 3:40 p.m. the Columbus Division of Police respond to 2021 W. Broad St. #1B on a well-being check. A male victim was located and appeared lifeless. CFD Medic 817 pronounced 36 yr old Jerry Hagwood at scene at 3:51 p.m. At this initial stage of this investigation there are no known suspect(s) or motives.
