On November 30, 2013, at 5:08 a.m., Cincinnati Police officers responded to the 500 block of Oliver Street, for a report of a person down. Upon arrival, District One officers located a male shooting victim. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as 25yr old Jaime Grimes.
