On December 9, 2014, at 5:16 p.m. uniformed patrol officers were dispatched to 1577 Dublin-Granville Road on the report of an injury accident. Upon the officer's arrival they discovered the victim, 26yr old Milton Gregory, slumped over in the driver's seat of the vehicle.
