On Jan 2, 2016 at 7:30 pm, patrol officers responded to the area of Fair Ave. and Napoleon Ave. on a shooting with the victim laying on the road. Victim was transported to an area hospital where they were later pronounced deceased and identified as 59yr old Judith Frum.
