On October 10, 2013 at approximately 12:58pm, Columbus Police Patrol Officers were dispatched to 996 Miller Ave. on the report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they located the victim, 18yr old Desmond L. Fisher, on the porch at the above location suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
