Robin M. Durrer, 19, was last seen on the evening of September 9, 1981. Robin had been riding her bicycle near her home in the Village of Reese in southern Franklin County, Ohio. She failed to return home and a missing persons report was filed. On September 10, 1981, her body was found along the C&O railroad off of Rathmell Rd. in the Village of Reese. Robin had been sexually assaulted and died from blunt force trauma to the head and neck. Investigators are attempting to locate anyone who had contact with Robin before her death or who may have information regarding her murder.
