The body of a black female child was found in the vicinity of Eiler Lane, north of Lincoln Ave., Cincinnati, OH. The victim is estimated to be 1-2 years old. The media has nicknamed the victim "Baby Angel". Baby Angel has been identified as 19 month old Velina Jeter, born in Columbus, OH. Jeter’s “charred” body was found in a field on Eiler Lane, she died from head trauma.
