On 10-23-2015 at approximately 10:48 PM, CPD Officers were called to the area of 2321 Fitzroy Place N. on the report of a male down and out in the courtyard. Upon arrival, the officers found a single victim, later identified as 24yr old Samba S. Dia, critically injured from a gunshot wound to the upper body. CFD Medic 24 was summoned to the scene and pronounced Mr. Dia deceased at 10:55 PM.
