On February 22, 2022, Patrol Officers responded to the 1700 Block of Melrose Ave on a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 33yr old Heather Chapman, suffering from a gunshot wound. CFD EMS #13 arrived at scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 9:22pm.
