On May 22, 2017, at 11:05 p.m., a gunshot victim arrived at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center by private conveyance. The victim died of his injuries. District Four officers determined the shooting occurred in the 900 block of Churchill Avenue. The victim has been identified as 30yr old William Bell.
