Judy was last seen on Kent State Campus on May 24, 1978 around 2:30am. Witnesses told police she left a party headed for Engleman Hall which was only four to six minutes away. She has a small scar on the left side of her forehead and pierced ears. She was last seen wearing a red curly wig over her long dark brown hair (she had been goofing around with a red wig that was never found) a gauze plaid, yellow and brown blouse with blue jean mid-calf culottes a brown belt, and a trench coat, brown boots carrying a large, white imitation leather shoulder bag. She had a ring on her right hand
