Nikki has a tattoo of a Scarecrow with the caption, "If I only had a brain" on upper right arm. She also has tattoos of a moth from the move "Silence of the Lambs" on her stomach and a bat with a Celtic knot on her lower back. She was four and a half months pregnant at the time of her disappearance and may be in need of medication.
