Details

Brenda was on her way to work when she left her home in the Swanton Meadows mobile home park around 8:00 a.m. in Swanton, Ohio. She was seen two hours later with her ex-boyfriend, John Noser, withdrawing money from an ATM in Toledo, Ohio. She had broken up with her boyfriend two months before her disappearance. Noser was later caught with Borowski's car where he was living at a wooded campsite in Middletown, Ohio. Some of Borowski's clothing, makeup and jewelry were found in the woods and had been recently burned. In 2000, Noser was convicted for Borowski's murder, but her body was never found.
