Mr. Blasetzky is a Ukrainian national. He was last seen leaving his residence at 7:00 p.m. in a white 1983 Buick Century with Ohio plate NRB 8. He was driving northbound on Eastway towards Eleanor Avenue. Mr. Blasetzky displayed uncharacteristic behavior the day he left. Mr. Blasetzky suffers from Alzheimer's. He was wearing a bright orange winter cap.
