Monthly Webinars

The Attorney General’s office provides webinar training to assist charitable leaders understand their responsibilities. A board governance webinar is held on the first Wednesday of each month, and a webinar on the charitable registration system is held on the third Wednesday of each month. Both webinars begin at noon and last approximately one hour.

You must register in advance to participate in the webinars, and will need access to the internet and either a telephone connection or the ability to use the computer's audio functions. Participants are able to ask or email questions during the webinars.

Board members play a critical role in protecting the integrity and resources of charitable organizations. This approximately hour-long webinar provides a basic overview of the legal responsibilities that board members of charities have. A recording of the webinar can be viewed below.
